About Madrassa
Madrassa Tul Owaisia was officially opened on the 7th of January 2013 at # 27 Mowbray Hill Celtisdal Centurion Pretoria West, under the spiritual guidance of Hazrat Allamah Maulana Sayyed Alimuddin Asdaque Misbahi Saheb (Hafizahullah) and with advice of Mufti Naseem Ashraf Habibi Saheb (Rahimahullah) & with the support of (The World Renowned Naat Reciter) Al Haaj Muhammad Owais Raza Qadri Saheb (Hafizahullah) for the community of Centurion, South Africa.
How was the name OWAISIA chosen?
The name OWAISIA was kept with the nisba (Connection)of a great Lover of beloved Rasool (Peace Be Upon Him) known as Owais Al-Qarni(Rahimahullah) from Yemen.
In 2022, The institute management committee, with the advice of All members the registeratiom took place as Al-Owaisia Islamic Centre NPO.(Non Profit Organisation), This decision was made for the betterment of the institute.
